Ichiran Ramen Roppongi serves tonkotsu ramen and sits between Roppongi Station and Midtown. Customers choose noodle firmness, oil amount, and spice level, then add garlic and a special spicy sauce to eat it to their taste. At the entrance vending machine, you buy a ramen meal ticket, mark your choices on an order sheet, and wait in a solo booth until the ramen arrives. The basic ramen portion is on the small side.
