Hanple The Wave is a Korean restaurant in Tokyo, about a 10-minute walk from Hiroo Station. Its signature minari samgyeopsal is scented with butter and garlic, then grilled by staff with minari, kimchi and bean sprouts. The garlic japchae comes with crisp garlic flakes and pine nuts, and the gamjajeon is rich with cheese. The haemul pajeon is grilled thin and crisp, and the sundubu can be ordered spicy.
