Garden Dining is a hotel buffet restaurant on the first floor of Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba. It serves Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes along with Hokkaido ramen and a salmon roe seafood rice bowl, and a live kitchen carves roast beef to order. By 6:45 a.m. about ten people are already lined up for breakfast, with waiting chairs placed at the entrance. Desserts fall short depending on the menu.
