Bird Man

Bird Man is an izakaya behind Roppongi Midtown in Tokyo. Chicken dishes are the focus, and the tsukune is steamed and then grilled over charcoal. It is about a five-minute walk from both Nogizaka Station and Roppongi Station, and the third floor has tatami-style private rooms. There is no sign and the entrance is a plain steel door, so it is hard to find on a first visit.
