The Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum is an art museum in Tokyo, a 10-minute walk from the station. It occupies a former Japanese imperial residence where a prince and princess lived, and it retains Art Deco decoration and different lighting in each room, with Japanese and Western gardens viewed together. Around noon on a weekday, the wait is about 10 minutes, and at the entrance the exhibition-plus-garden ticket and the garden ticket are bought in separate lines. The exhibition content and scale are modest.
