Shiba Park sits in Minato City, Tokyo, near Tokyo Tower, and is a city park where you can sit on the grass and rest. Tokyo Tower is visible from the park in both daytime and at night, and at night you can view the illuminated tower through the trees. The park is about a two-minute walk from Shiba Koen Station and opened in 1873, the sixth year of Meiji, making it one of Japan's oldest parks. There are no amusement rides.
