Toriyoshi

Yakitori Toriyoshi Nakameguro is a yakitori restaurant a short walk from Nakameguro Station in Tokyo. It grills skewers such as tsukune, liver, and quail egg over fire and serves them with salt or tare, and an omakase order extends to rarer cuts. The seating is a counter of about 20 seats, and ordered skewers take time to grill, arriving one at a time. Reservations are not accepted, so expect a 20 to 30 minute wait on weekends and weekdays.
