鮨 えいろう

Sushi Eiro is located on the first floor of a building south of Kyoto Station, in a space set back from the entrance. It serves sushi and omakase, with seasonal fish sushi, hoe, fried dishes, and Japanese sake, and the omakase is arranged around whatever budget you state. At lunch you can enter without a reservation, though the counter sometimes fills with reserved guests. Because the menu does not list prices, you need to state your budget before ordering.
