Yongdong Halmeoni Kalguksu

Yongdong Halmeoni Kalguksu is in Juan 1-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon. The kalguksu uses noodles made from dough prepared on site, cut by hand, and served in a clam broth, with barley rice given before the meal. It closes on Mondays for making kimchi and serves only until 3 p.m. The portion of kalguksu is on the small side.
