Taekine Jogae Jeongol

Taegine Jogae Jeongol is a shellfish hot pot restaurant in Incheon. The hot pot contains several types of shellfish, and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) is added after the shellfish and other ingredients have been removed. After the pot arrives, boil it for about nine minutes until the shellfish are cooked. Baechu kimchi, yeolmu kimchi, and cabbage salad are available at a self-service bar, but the shellfish can sometimes be not fresh and have an odor.
