Matjoeun Gopchang

Matjoeun Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant inside Seokbawi Market in Michuhol-gu, Incheon. Baek gopchang is the signature dish, and the restaurant also serves gopchang jeongol, sundae guk, and suyuk. Ordering gopchang jeongol comes with baek gopchang at no extra charge, and the sundae guk is made from a pork bone broth prepared in-house. The gopchang jeongol broth tastes like tteokbokki and is spicy, so the spice level needs adjusting.
