Bohwajang

Bohwajang is a Chinese restaurant near the main gate of Inha University in Incheon. It serves yuni jjajang, gan jjajang, and samseon jjamppong, and its samseon bokkeum bap comes with jjukkumi and shrimp over egg. The restaurant opened in 1973, and after a renovation it stopped doing delivery. On weekdays around 1 p.m. the seats are almost full, and the tansuyuk sauce has a strong sour taste.
