Tokyo Taiwan is a Taiwanese restaurant in an alley a 2-3 minute walk from Naka-Meguro Station. Lu rou fan and plump-skinned boiled dumplings are its signature dishes. At 1:30 PM on a Monday, three groups were waiting outside, entry came about 30 minutes later, and payment is made in advance. Seating is limited and the interior is small, making it hard to visit with a large group.
