Ribera Meguro

Rivera Steak House Meguro is a steak restaurant in Meguro, Tokyo. Its signature dishes, the 1-pound steak and Choo Sung-hoon steak, are served Japanese-style with sauce over rice. The meat arrives on a hot plate cooked medium to medium rare, and when there is a line, staff hand out menus and take orders in advance. The sauce is very salty, to the point that it needs to be eaten with rice.
