Mizutaki Shimizu

Mizutaki Shimizu is a restaurant serving chicken dishes, located along the Meguro River a short walk from Nakameguro Station. Its signature mizutaki is prepared at the table by staff, with bone-in chicken and tsukune added to a rich, milky-white chicken broth. Window seats look out onto the Meguro River, and the restaurant opened on April 15, 2008. It gets crowded on weekends and during cherry blossom season, so reservations are required.
