Factory & Labo Kanno Coffee is a factory-themed cafe in Tokyo serving coffee, sandwiches, and desserts, located away from the subway and streets. The brand is supervised by Kanno Kenichi, one of Japan's three great coffee masters, and staff wear lab coat-style uniforms while offering bean explanations and tastings. Many customers read or study here, so tables turn slowly and there is no Wi-Fi. There are few single seats, making it hard to find a spot when visiting alone.
