Motsuyaki Ban is an old izakaya in Nakameguro, Tokyo, a one-minute walk from the east exit 2 of Nakameguro Station, serving grilled pork offal skewers and offal dishes. It is the birthplace of lemon sour, and the fresh lemon sour is made by squeezing a whole lemon by hand, while the motsuyaki skewers are threaded and grilled one by one. Lemon sour can be ordered with a medium addition, letting you squeeze the lemon yourself and build it into a tower to drink, and tonbi tofu, a spicy braised pork tail, is also served. Among the skewers, the lever is dry and the heart is on the firm side.
