This Japanese restaurant serves Uwajima-style taimeshi right in front of the Matsuyama Castle cable car entrance. The taimeshi comes with sea bream hoe, a sauce that is neither sweet nor salty, and a raw egg to mix in. On a weekday around 1 p.m. the wait was about 10 minutes, and at 2:30 p.m. seating was immediate. The interior is tidy and the facilities are clean.
