Yeosujip

Yeosujip is an indoor pocha in the alleys past Sinchon Station in Seoul that serves stone octopus and byeongeo jorim. The signature spread is a whole-octopus meal built around freshly boiled live octopus served tender, followed by octopus ramyeon. The octopus head is boiled with ramyeon and finished like a maeuntang, and rice comes at no charge. There are four to five tables, so a phone reservation in advance is required.
