Yeonggwang Gulbi Jeongsik

Yeonggwang Gulbi Jeongsik is a Korean restaurant in Sinsu-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, serving barley gulbi jeongsik and jogi maeuntang. The signature combination is barley gulbi eaten with rice mixed into green tea water. The owner makes the side dishes and jeotgal by hand, and the restaurant has been run by two generations, the owner and his son. There is a wait at lunch but it is quiet in the evening, and the barley gulbi is on the salty side.
