Yega Sutbul Galbi

Yega Sutbul Galbi is a neighborhood meat restaurant in Ahyeon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, where pork galbi is grilled over charcoal. Ordering yangnyeom dwaeji galbi brings a small serving of naengmyeon with each portion, and staff cut the pork galbi at the table. The shop is long-established, and though it serves few side dishes, they come out clean and the grill plate is changed often. When orders pile up, food and rice arrive late and orders are sometimes forgotten.
