Wonjo Sinchon Seolleongtang

Original Sinchon Seolleongtang is an old seolleongtang restaurant across from the Western District Prosecutors' Office in Gongdeok, Seoul, serving seolleongtang and naejang gomtang. The seolleongtang comes with somyeon, the naejang gomtang with dangmyeon, and the rice is rinsed with broth before serving. Just after noon on Saturday, customers keep coming and going and take kimchi and kkakdugi from the table. The broth arrives lukewarm, leaving a wish that it were hotter.
