Uyangdon

Uyangdon is a meat restaurant near Gongdeok Station in Seoul. It serves uudae galbi and French rack after an initial grilling, and doenjang jjigae comes with the meal. At lunch, diners choose one of naengmyeon or spicy naengmyeon to go with the griddle-cooked meat. Guests with reservations are seated in private rooms, and the lunch hour is crowded.
