Uri Hoesusan

Uri Hoesusan is a neighborhood hoe restaurant in Seoul that serves sliced raw fish including domi, yellowtail, salmon, flounder, and rockfish (ureok). Customers can order a combination of the fish they want, cut cleanly from fresh fish. The restaurant is closed every Sunday, and a wait can form on weekends.
