Top Cloud 23

Tap Cloud 23 is a semi-buffet restaurant on the 23rd floor of the S-Oil building near Gongdeok Station in Seoul. Diners choose a main dish such as tenderloin or lamb chops and also eat from a salad bar with tomato soup and carrot soup. The restaurant is close to Gongdeok Station Exit 8, and a dedicated elevator goes up to the 23rd floor. Window seats look out over Mapo, the Han River, and the sunset, and the buffet does not offer a large variety of dishes.
