Taeyeong Saeng Makchang is a Seoul restaurant serving pork makchang (beef abomasum). The pork makchang is partially grilled before serving and eaten with a savory sauce. After it arrives at the table, you can cut the makchang (beef abomasum) in half and grill it further. Soybean paste stew or fried rice can be added after the meat.
