Sushi Moriji

Sushimoriji is a small sushi bar in Mapo, Seoul, serving aged hoe and sushi omakase. The sushi highlights the flavor of aging, and the course ends with seafood ramen cooked by the chef. The omakase is small-scale, so the chef provides attentive service throughout. It is popular, and reservations are not easy to get.
