Sukseongyukgwan by Haebong

Sukseongyukgwan by Haebong is a aged-beef grill house near Mapo Station in Seoul that cooks Hanwoo over a direct-fire grill. T-bone, bone-in ribeye and bone-in short rib are dry-aged, while tenderloin, sirloin, galbi-sal and anchangsal are wet-aged. Aged cuts are displayed in a case at the entrance, and staff grill the meat for diners. The dining room is large with generous space between tables, and the meat is expensive.
