Sowol-Og

Sowolok is a noodle shop in Seoul that serves noodles in an anchovy broth with chashu. It uses thin wheat noodles and offers them as hongmyeon, onmyeon, and naengmyeon, topped with chashu. The anchovy-based broth has no fishy smell, and the shop interior is on the clean side. The soup is clear and not heavy.
