Sojeom in Yeonnam serves okonomiyaki and takoyaki as a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant. Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki is made by layering ingredients, and Osaka-style, modan-yaki, and donpei-yaki can also be ordered. Leaving a phone number gets you a call when a seat opens, and the cooking can be watched from the bar seats. The shop has around eight seats, so waits are long and dining time is limited to one hour after the food arrives.
