Sherwood

Sherwood is a pizza restaurant on Gyeongui Line Forest Park near Hongdae, in Seoul. It bakes pizzas such as arugula ricotta and white mushroom in a wood-fired oven, using a chewy dough. Reserving ahead gets a table by the window, and on warm days the folding doors are opened fully. The dough is on the thick side, which can feel heavy for anyone wanting a lighter texture.
