Seungmi Gopchang serves pork gopchang and makchang in a back alley near Ewha Womans University and Sinchon. The salt-grilled makchang and seasoned makchang are chewy without any odor, and the seasoned al-gopchang is not overpowering. The salt-grilled makchang is grilled twice over high heat and is also available for takeout. Many customers add chive muchim and finish the meal with fried rice.
