Seung is an old donkatsu restaurant in Seoul that serves garlic donkatsu. The set includes crispy donkatsu with garlic aroma and sauce, rice, and side dishes. It opens only for weekday lunch, food comes out quickly, and extra donkatsu is given if the portion is not enough. The donkatsu becomes greasy as oil pools at the end.
