Seogyeop Storehouse

Seogyeop Jageongo is a hanok meat restaurant in Yonggang-dong, Seoul, that serves frozen samgyeopsal. The pork belly comes with pa muchim and Namdo-style side dishes, and the seogyeopjang sauce uses soy to bring out the pork's flavor. The meat is grilled on silicone-coated foil, and sundubu jjigae and steamed egg are served alongside. Prices are on the higher side.
