Sambo Seong is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and glutinous sweet and sour pork. The jjamppong has a smoky wok flavor and is spicy, and the fried dumplings come out crispy. At lunch, tables are almost full even at 12:40 PM because of many reservations from nearby offices, and turnover is fast. Ordering jjajangmyeon brings barley tea, pickled cabbage, pickled cucumber, danmuji, and a dessert by default.
