Park Yongseok Sushi

Park Yongseok Sushi sits near Mapo Station in Seoul and serves sushi and hoe-deopbap with thick, large cuts of raw fish on top. The teuk-modeum set comes with doenjang-guk, momil noodles, and fried shrimp, and cooked sushi can also be ordered. Scissors are provided at the table because the fish on the sushi is too large to bite through, and one portion is a large amount. Kitchen hygiene is lacking.
