Ottokko

Ottokko is a small donkatsu restaurant in Ahyeon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, serving thick deungsim donkatsu and anshim donkatsu. The spicy donkatsu is made with kimchi stew flavor rather than ramen seasoning, and the anshim donkatsu has tender meat. In the narrow basement space of an old building, the owner alone handles cooking and serving, so food comes out slowly. The bottom of the fried coating is soggy and the meat is dry.
