Onggi is a Korean restaurant in Seoul serving bossam, sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), and haemul pajeon. Its signature dish is hangari sujebi, made with thin sujebi noodles and a clear broth. Barley rice is served before the meal and mixed with the restaurant’s gochujang and yeolmu kimchi. The standard kimchi is made in-house rather than sourced from China.
