Noodle Ppaban

Noodle Ppaban is a restaurant in Gongdeok, Seoul, that serves American-style Vietnamese pho and side dishes. The beef pho comes with meat and toppings in a rich, savory broth, and customers also order the mixed pho and galbi pho. The fried spring rolls come out crispy, and shrimp summer rolls can be ordered as well. Eating pho together with the side dishes makes for a large portion.
