Naengsamio

Naengsamio is a naengsam restaurant in Gongdeok that grills frozen samgyeopsal. The meat is cooked with gosari, kimchi, kongnamul, and garlic placed on top, then dipped in myeoljeot. Each table has a gas pipe-fixed grill rather than a portable stove, and foil is replaced with a spatula the restaurant developed. A serving of meat is 50g less than at other places.
