Myeongjang Jokbal

Myeongjang Suje Jokbal is a small shop in Seoul that serves jokbal, spicy jokbal, and bossam. The spicy jokbal is seasoned mildly enough that people who cannot handle spicy food can eat it. It comes with kimchi and a seasoned chive and bean sprout side dish, and the jokbal portions are large enough that customers order plenty and leave some behind. The bossam takes time to prepare and must be reserved in advance.
