Moechon

Moechon is a Korean restaurant in the residential alleys of Gongdeok, Seoul, serving native-chicken dakbokkeum with almost no broth and gamjajeon. The chicken is braised and stir-fried in a gochujang-based seasoning, and fried rice is eaten alongside it. Seating is at tables where shoes are removed, and there is a wait. The dakbokkeum is fairly spicy.
