Memil Tteurak sits at the entrance of Ahyeon Market near Ahyeon Station Exit 4 in Seoul and serves buckwheat dishes: noodles, jeon, and muk. The mul makguksu comes in a broth made in-house with dongchimi added, and memil jeonbyeong, memil mandu, and deulkkae kalguksu can be ordered as well. The restaurant uses domestic buckwheat and soybeans grown near the Demilitarized Zone, and before the main dishes arrive it serves barley rice mixed with soy sauce. The memil mandu takes time to steam, so a call ahead is required.
