Mapo Janggun Jip

Mapo Janggunjip is a butcher-style restaurant in Seoul that sells four cuts of meat and seven side dishes. The meat is grilled over charcoal and eaten with kimchi cooked with margarine and a special garlic sauce. A self-service bar is available, and the owner sometimes grills the meat for customers. For a finish, diners can order milmyeon, doenjang jjigae, and a bowl of rice.
