Loun Shabu-Shabu & Salad Bar

Roun Shabu-shabu Sinchon is on the fourth floor of Grand Plaza in Sinchon, Mapo-gu, Seoul. It is a shabu-shabu buffet with unlimited meat and vegetables, including ujeongak, donmoksim, and uyangji, taken from the salad bar. Broth is chosen from five options, one of which is seasonal minari broth. Orders are placed at a self-service kiosk and the table is used for 120 minutes, with waits growing long when the restaurant is crowded.
