Renge is a Japanese ramen restaurant between Sinchon and Hongdae that serves clear broth and rich broth ramen. The soup is based on chicken broth and comes with chashu, sous-vide chicken, and half an ajitama, and you can adjust the portion with extra noodles and rice. All seats are at the counter, and even with a wait, the turnover is fast so you get in quickly. The interior is small, so moving between seats is uncomfortable.
