Le Plaisir du Pain

Le plaisir du pain in Sinsu-dong is a bakery selling French-style baguettes and pastries. It serves the baguette sandwich jambon beurre, fougasse, chocolate croissant, and canelé, and its method of baking French bread is a defining feature. The bread is made by a Korean baker who trained at a French baking school and at bakeries in France, and French can be spoken there. The pain au chocolat tastes similar to what is eaten in France.
