The meat is dry-aged for 4 days and wet-aged for 16 days, for a minimum of 20 days total, and is served with minari and aged kimchi. Staff grill the meat at the table, minari comes by default, and okonomi steamed egg and minari bibim noodles can be ordered. On weekend lunchtimes the tables fill up and a wait forms.
