Katsuwa

Katsuwa is a tonkatsu restaurant in Hongdae, Seoul, serving rosu katsu and hire katsu. The thick, moist rosu katsu comes with salt, wasabi, herb oil, and tonkatsu sauce, and diners can also choose cheese fondue or curry fondue. The katsu is cooked at low temperature, and everything except the katsu can be refilled. There is no wait, and parking is difficult.
