Jeongju Susan

Jeongju Susan is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant selling hoe (raw fish) at Mapo Agricultural and Fisheries Wholesale Market in Seoul. Its signature dish is special extra-large bangdom hoe, with medium, large, and extra-large portions for two to three, three to four, and four to five people. Yellowtail is prepared from fish brought in around 4 p.m. The hoe (raw fish) is served in thick slices.
